Founding Board

The Founding Board provides strategic direction and oversight. Members are selected for their expertise, integrity, and commitment to Liverpool International's mission.

Advisory Council

Regional Coordinators

Trusted individuals who represent Liverpool International in their respective regions, facilitating local connections and events.

Decision Making

How decisions are made at different levels of the organisation.

Strategic Decisions

Major strategic decisions are made by the Founding Board, typically by consensus. Where consensus cannot be reached, decisions require a two-thirds majority.

Operational Decisions

Day-to-day operational decisions are delegated to appropriate personnel, within frameworks set by the Founding Board.

Regional Decisions

Regional Coordinators have authority to make decisions relevant to their regions, within established guidelines.

Member Input

Members are consulted on significant matters affecting the network. Feedback mechanisms ensure member voices are heard.

Transparency Commitments

Our pledge to operate with openness and accountability.
